- Credit Notes: A credit may have been applied to your account due to returned goods.
- Overpayments: If an overpayment was made to your account, the excess amount will be reflected as a credit.
If you wish to request a refund for the credit balance, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Email our Accounts Team at accountsdistribution@ironmongerydirect.com with your refund request.
- Include an attachment on your company’s official letterhead.
- Ensure the letterhead document specifies your bank details, including the account number and sort code, for processing the refund.
Our team will review your request and process the refund as quickly as possible. If further information is required, we will contact you to assist in completing the process.
