You can send your remittance advice to us via email at remittances@ironmongerydirect.com. Please ensure you include your customer reference number as your payment reference, as payments are allocated automatically using your customer reference. If the reference number is not included, this could delay your payment being allocated. This ensures your payment is processed efficiently and applied to your account correctly.
Did you know you can also pay your account online?
Paying online is quick and easy. Here’s how:
- Log in to your TradeXtra Account.
- Go to the "Billing" section in the side menu.
- A list of your current open invoices will be displayed. Next to each invoice, there is a tick box.
- Select the tick boxes for the invoices you wish to pay, then click "Proceed".
- Enter your card details on the payment screen to complete your payment.
