Your TradeXtra Account may be on stop because there an outstanding is payment due.
How to resolve this:
You can make payments easily through your online TradeXtra Account:
- Log in to your TradeXtra Account.
- Navigate to the "Billing" section in the side menu.
- You’ll see a list of all open invoices. Tick the boxes for the invoices you wish to pay.
- Click "Proceed", and you’ll be taken to the payment screen to enter your card details and complete the payment.
Alternatively, if you are making payment via BACS, please send your remittance advice to remittances@ironmongerydirect.com. Please include your customer reference as your payment reference, as payments are allocated automatically and if this is not included, this could delay your payment being allocated to your account.
